Shrivastav Car Rental Haridwar – Jai Badri Vishal!
- All disputes arising due to the above are subject to Haridwar jurisdiction only.
- Vehicles will not travel after 7:00 PM in hilly areas.
- AC will not work in all hill areas or in parked/stopped vehicles.
- Any sightseeing points not mentioned in the package will be charged extra.
- All email conversations will be considered part of the contract once booking is confirmed.
- Please take care of your belongings. The company is not responsible for any loss.
- As per Government of India guidelines, valid photo ID is mandatory at hotels.
Accepted IDs: Passport & Visa (Foreign Nationals), Voter ID, or Driving License.
- Hotels or camps may deny stay if valid ID proof is not provided. The company is not responsible for such issues.
- Extra adults may be provided with extra mattresses instead of extra beds.
- Please inform in advance if you require only an extra bed.
- It is assumed that the traveler is medically fit for the tour. Any health issues or food allergies must be informed in advance.
- Many small hotels do not have lifts. Please inform us if stairs are an issue.
- Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late checkout is chargeable unless included in the package.
- Room heaters and Wi-Fi may be chargeable at some hotels.
- Meals (if included) are served on a fixed or buffet menu basis.
- Any items outside the fixed menu will be charged extra.
- Room service or food packing may incur additional charges.
- In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternative vehicle will be arranged as soon as possible.
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, landslides, accidents, political unrest, or natural calamities.
- The driver will not drive in no-entry zones or unsafe narrow roads.
- Driver working hours are limited to 12 hours per day.
- Music and night driving may be restricted in certain hill areas.
- Only one pickup and drop point is allowed unless informed in advance.
- Route or destination changes may result in revised charges.
- Fuel price hike beyond 5% may affect the final cost.
- The company reserves the right to provide a similar vehicle if the booked one is unavailable.
- No refund for unused services or missed sightseeing points.
- No refund in case of force majeure events like bad weather, strikes, or natural disasters.
- The company is not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, or loss during the tour.
- All services are subject to full advance payment.
- The company reserves the right to modify services without prior notice.
- Jurisdiction shall be Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India only.
Payment Policy
- 50% advance payment at the time of booking.
- Remaining 50% to be paid on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- 10% cancellation – 45 days prior to arrival
- 25% cancellation – 30 days prior to arrival
- 50% cancellation – 15 to 29 days prior to tour
- 75% cancellation – 7 to 14 days prior to tour
- 100% cancellation – within 6 days of tour
